These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.plumay.in operated by PLUMAY INDS LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the purchase of products from our Site. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
Definitions
“Products” means the electronic kits and components offered for sale on the Site.
“Bulk Order” means an order meeting the minimum quantity requirement of 10 units, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
“Sample Order” means a single unit or small-quantity order for evaluation purposes.
Eligibility
You may place orders either as an individual consumer or on behalf of a business. For Bulk Orders, we may require your business registration details such as GSTIN and company name.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. A binding contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation email.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST will be added at checkout as applicable. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. For Bulk Orders, separate proforma invoices may be provided with payment terms agreed upon in writing.
Shipping
Shipping and delivery terms are set out in our separate Shipping Policy page https://www.plumay.in/shipping-policy/. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy page https://www.plumay.in/cancellation-returns-refunds-policy/ for details on order cancellation, return eligibility, and refund procedures. Different terms apply to Sample Orders and Bulk Orders as described therein.
Warranty
We warrant that our electronic kits are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty claims, contact arjun_kapoor@hotmail.com.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including product designs, images, text, and software, is the property of PLUMAY INDS LLP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLUMAY INDS LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date.
